Product Component Pricing Update

  • Live Vendor Pricing -- R&D and Pricing tabs now pull Product Component pricing from Acctivate's PoDetails table, so quotes always use the latest product and vendor costs.
  • Unified Columns -- Table columns now match R&D's Ingredient table and Pricing's "Select Source & Pricing" table, giving Sales, R&D, and Pricing a single consistent view.

New Feature

R&D Ingredient Request Withdrawn Status

  • Withdraw Request Button -- R&D can now cancel ingredient requests in Pending or Returned status that are no longer needed.
  • New "Withdrawn" Status -- The Requested Ingredients table tracks discontinued requests separately, keeping the active queue clean while preserving history.

Swap Pricing and Purchasing in Side Nav

  • Workflow-Aligned Order -- Side navigation now places Pricing and Purchasing in an order that mirrors the updated user workflow.
  • Less Context-Switching -- The hierarchy follows how teams actually move through a quote, so users spend less time hunting for the right tab.

Ingredient Request UI Clean Up

  • Grid-Based Column Layout -- The R&D Ingredient Request form was rebuilt on a grid to improve visual hierarchy and readability.
  • Faster Scanning -- Related fields line up cleanly, so formulators can fill out and review requests with less effort.

Acctivate Sync 502 Error Fixed

  • Root Cause Addressed -- Resolved the 502 error that was blocking syncs from the Vitalpax Acctivate server to the Quotation Tool app server.
  • Reliable Data Flow -- Products, vendors, and pricing now pull through cleanly, keeping R&D and Pricing on the latest numbers.

  • Synced From Acctivate -- The prices for R1040, Label, and Case Box all come directly from the Acctivate price database, so the values shown in the Quotation Tool are correct.
  • Override When Needed -- A Custom Price can always be applied on a specific quote if we need to follow a different price for that deal.

Neckband Priced Per Roll (Fix Coming)

  • Current Behavior -- Neckband prices are captured as a full roll rather than per individual piece, which is why the reported price looks high ($153,475 off).
  • Fix In Progress -- We are adding an input field to specify how many pieces are on a roll, so the tool can derive the correct per-piece price automatically.
