New Features &
Enhancements

Dosage format automation, neckband sticky defaults, sync reliability, percentage-based normal loss, and two R&D requests shipped.

Major Enhancement

Dosage Format Auto-Selection

  • Driven by the Quote -- Dosage Format Type now auto-selects from each quote's formulation reference, so labor and target profit scale by capsule count, oz/container, or cost/bottle instead of bottle count.
  • Save & Reset Controls -- New Save and Reset to Default buttons let pricing teams switch between manual overrides and the system's recommended format without losing context.
  • Pricing Engine Continued -- Builds on last week's format-aware pricing rework -- every quote now lands on the right format defaults out of the box.
Pricing Summary with Dosage Format Type set to Cheap Capsule 30-60ct (System Default), 'Your saved default' tooltip on the bookmark icon, and Margin A-D rows driving Final Pricing of $1.80 profit per unit
Pricing Summary with the Reset to your saved default tooltip and circular reset icon, showing Expensive Capsule 90-120ct selected and $2.00 profit per unit

Neckband Pieces / Roll with Sticky Defaults

  • Pieces per Roll -- New Pieces / Roll input on the Neckband component dialog automatically calculates usage per roll and per piece (e.g. $31.20 roll, $0.0780 / piece).
  • Sticky Last-Used Value -- The system saves the last-used quantity to the product master record and pre-fills it next time -- the value persists across part-number changes and quote clears.
  • Less Re-Entry -- Removes a frequent source of manual error and speeds up neckband selection on every quote.
Product Component - Neckband dialog for 42mm Neckband Roll N020 with new Pieces / Roll input set to 400, computed Selected Price $31.20 ($0.0780 / piece), and Traco Manufacturing selected as best price
Reliability Upgrade

Acctivate Sync Reliability & Status

  • More Robust Automation -- Rebuilt the Acctivate sync automation on a more reliable runner that handles transient connection drops without dropping data.
  • Active / Offline Indicator -- New ACTIVE status badge in the header gives real-time visual feedback so users can tell at a glance whether the sync is running or has disconnected.
  • Visible Last-Sync Times -- Per-key last sync timestamps and synced row counts make background activity transparent -- everyone knows when data is fully up to date.
Acctivate Sync panel with ACTIVE green indicator, Logs and Run All buttons, and rows for Contacts, Products, Product Vendors, Vendors, and Po Details showing Last Sync timestamps from 5/5/2026 and synced counts (1006 / 12971 / 10805 / 3059 / 25152)
UX Enhancement

Normal Loss as a Real Percentage

  • % Suffix on the Input -- The Normal Loss Rate field now shows a % suffix and accepts the percentage directly -- type 5 for 5%, no more 0.05 mental math.
  • Display Matches Reality -- Component Pricing now shows '5%' on the Normal Loss row (instead of '0.05'), making manual percentage overrides intuitive at a glance.
  • Still Auto-Driven -- The 5% default still applies automatically to every quote -- this is purely a display/input change. Existing quotes are unaffected.
Normal Loss modal dialog with Rate field set to 5 and a % suffix next to the input, Remove / Close / Save buttons. Behind the dialog, the Component Pricing table shows the Normal Loss row at 5% Per Bottle and $796.43 Total / Item, alongside a Pricing Summary with margin tiers.

Formulator Filter Defaults to All

Reported by Jamie Thygerson

  • Was on Last Week's Wishlist -- Reported by R&D in the Apr 22-28 Feedback section -- now shipped.
  • No More Auto-Filter -- R&D Dashboard no longer pre-applies the current user as the formulator filter on load.
  • All Activities by Default -- Both Sales Representative and R&D Formulator default to All -- users can opt in to 'My Activities' manually only when they want it.
R&D Quote Requests page in the Vitalpax CRM with side nav (All Quote / Issued (7) / Client Accepted / All Issues (3) / R&D Dashboard (22)) and Sales Representative + R&D Formulator filters both set to All, listing R&D Quotes such as QR-260420-002 Vitamin B1 Liquid Drops 2000 Liquid

Packaging Component Picker Auto-Filter

Reported by Jamie Thygerson

  • Was on Last Week's Wishlist -- Also requested in the Apr 22-28 Feedback section -- now shipped.
  • Pre-Filtered by Component Type -- When you open the picker from a Bottle row, results are pre-filtered to bottle parts only (B-prefix). Same for lids, labels, and other component types.
  • Faster, Fewer Mistakes -- Removes a frequent source of mis-selection and speeds up component picking on every quote.
Search Components dialog opened from a Bottle row, listing only bottle parts: B1150 150mL White Screw Top Activ-Vial, B1148 150cc PCR White, B1027 400cc HDPE Pill Packer, B080 2oz Matte Black Glass Boston Round, B075 10mL Amber Glass Dropper, and more

Bug Fixes

Issues reported and resolved.

Bug Fix

Component Pricing Tooltip Math Fixed

  • Wrong Container Count -- The 'total per item' tooltip in the Component Pricing section was multiplying by an incorrect container count, producing misleading per-bottle figures.
  • Now Balanced -- Component per-bottle costs and quantities now reconcile correctly across the Component Pricing view -- the tooltip math matches the displayed totals.
  • Where to See It -- Hover any component cell in the Bottling & Final Quote table to see Ingredients Per Bottle * Containers and the resulting per-bottle cost.
Bottling & Final Quote / Component Pricing table with Capsule Calculator above and a hover tooltip reading 'Ingredients Per Bottle * Containers - Values: 0.000024 * 2500 = 0.06' on the Ingredients row of the components table
Bug Fix

Vendor Names & PO Status in Pricing Tables

  • Real Vendor Names -- Vendor Details now show the actual vendor company name (e.g. Industrial Container, Bottles and Lids) instead of the contact person who happened to be on the PO.
  • Issued Status Added -- Added an Issued status to the PO Status column -- alongside Completed and RFQ -- giving pricing a clearer signal during vendor selection.
  • Across Components & Ingredients -- Applied to both the Product Component picker (bottles, neckbands, etc.) and the SFP Ingredient vendor list.
Product Component - Bottle dialog (2oz Boston Round Glass Amber 20-400, B002) with Vendor column showing Industrial Container / Bottles and Lids / Container and Packaging, PO Status badges including Completed and Issued, and a Best price tag
SFP Ingredient editor for R1315 Stevia 97% (Reb-A) with Vendor Details listing JHD Corp (Best), Scientific Living, Inc., and Watson Nutrition Inc., with PO Status badges Issued and RFQ
