Vitalpax Inc.
Quotation Tool CRM
Development Updates
Quote requests submitted on vitalpax.com now land in the CRM as Leads without re-keying, and the record itself gets tighter: Categories and the Acctivate Reference # become required, the reference gets its own column and search, and every quote shows how long it has been sitting at its current stage. Three fixes close gaps in versioned quotes and packaging notes.

New Features &
Enhancements
The website feeds the CRM directly, the Acctivate reference becomes a first-class field, and stalled quotes stop hiding in the list.
New Feature
Website Quote Requests Land as Leads
- No Re-Entry -- Completing the Same Day Quote form at vitalpax.com now creates a Lead automatically, listed on the Sales Leads page with Website as its source.
- Everything Carried Across -- Contact details, requested services, target completion date, and each product the customer described are all captured on the lead.
- Products Stay Separate -- Multiple products are retained as individual line items, in the order submitted, with the customer's original wording preserved.
- On Staging -- The integration is running on the staging site ahead of a production release.
Feature Update
Categories & Acctivate Ref # Now Required
- Required To Save -- The Sales Input Wizard now requires both Product Categories and the Acctivate Quote Reference # before a quote request can be saved.
- Stops Downstream Gaps -- Quotes can no longer progress to later stages missing the information Pricing and Purchasing depend on.
- Names The Field -- Where a required field is incomplete, the system identifies the specific outstanding fields at the point of saving rather than declining the submission without explanation.
Feature Update
Acctivate Ref # on the Quote List
- Its Own Column -- The main Quote Requests table now carries the Acctivate Ref # as a dedicated column, so a quote can be matched to its Acctivate record without opening it.
- Searchable -- The reference is included in the keyword search, so searching a reference number returns the corresponding quote directly.
- Revised Pagination -- Pagination defaults and page-size options have been reworked for a full page of results.
- Readability Pass -- Column order, spacing, and loading placeholders were adjusted across the table.
Feature Update
Days in Stage Counter
- Stalled Quotes Stand Out -- Each quote request now shows how long it has been sitting at its current stage, making it immediately apparent which are progressing and which have stalled.
- Colour-Coded By Age -- On every individual stage view a days-in-stage indicator replaces the request date, colour-coded so the longest-waiting quotes stand out.
- Turnaround On Acceptance -- Quotes accepted by the client instead show total time from the original request to acceptance, as a measure of overall turnaround.
- On The Quote View -- The same figure appears on the individual quote view, within the current step of the workflow tracker. All Quote Requests and Issues views are unchanged.
Feature Update
Unknown Category & Editable Ref #
- Unknown Category -- An Unknown product category has been introduced for cases where the category has not yet been determined.
- Placed Last -- It appears at the foot of the category list, immediately above Other.
- Editable At Any Stage -- The Acctivate Quote Reference # may now be updated directly from the Edit Quote Request dialog at any stage, rather than only at creation.

Bug Fixes
Versioned quotes lost their history and could not be issued twice, and long packaging notes were cut off on the Lab tab.
Bug Fix
Activity Log Spans All Versions
- History Was Split -- Each version previously kept a separate log, so opening version 2 showed only activity recorded after that version was created.
- Earlier Context Lost -- Correspondence, status changes, and decisions from earlier versions were not visible on the later ones.
- One Shared Timeline -- All versions now share a single timeline, with each entry labelled by the version on which it was recorded.
- Revision Is Logged -- Creating a version is itself recorded - 'New Quote Version Created (v2) from v1' - so a revision is documented rather than appearing as a gap.
Bug Fix
A Second Version Can Now Be Issued
- Issuing v2 Failed -- Once version 1 had been issued, submitting version 2 to Issued status returned an error because both versions were assigned the same quote number.
- Version Suffix -- Versions after the first are now identified by a suffix - QR-260713-002 for the original and QR-260713-002-v2 for the second.
- Issued Independently -- Each issued version is recorded on its own rather than colliding with the version before it.
- Existing Quotes Safe -- Quotes already issued are unaffected and retain their existing numbers.
Bug Fix
Packaging Notes Display in Full
- Truncated To One Line -- Extended packaging notes were previously cut off to a single line on the Lab tab.
- Hidden In The Dialog -- The remaining text was only visible by opening the detail dialog.
- Now Wraps -- Notes wrap and display in full, consistent with how they already appeared on the Sales tab.

Total Updates
Quote requests from vitalpax.com now create Leads automatically with every product and service carried across, and the Acctivate Reference # became a required field, a searchable column, and editable at any stage. A days-in-stage counter exposes stalled quotes across every stage view, and an Unknown category covers products not yet classified. On the fix side, versioned quotes now share one activity timeline, a second version can be issued under its own suffixed number, and long packaging notes display in full on the Lab tab.
