New Features &
Enhancements
Admins get page-level access control per user and department, Purchasing gains the Sync Acctivate page, and the Quote Requests list surfaces an Issued date on every row.
Feature Update
Page Access Control Per User & Department
- Per-Page Toggles -- A Page Access dialog on the Users page lists every page as a checkbox, so admins decide exactly what each user can see.
- Department Defaults -- A separate Manage Department Access dialog sets the baseline pages for a whole department in one place.
- Custom Pill -- Flipping a page for one user adds a 'Custom' pill next to them, flagging where they differ from their department default.
- Truly Hidden -- Hidden pages stay out of the sidebar and can't be reached by direct URL either.
Feature Update
Purchasing Gains the Sync Acctivate Page
- Now In Their Sidebar -- Purchasing members can open the Sync Acctivate page directly - the menu item appears for them and clicks straight through.
- No Admin Needed -- Running or reviewing an Acctivate sync no longer requires an admin to step in on Purchasing's behalf.
- Scoped Cleanly -- Other departments are unchanged - the access opens only for Purchasing.
Feature Update
Issued Date on the Quote Requests List
- Visible At A Glance -- Each row on the Quote Requests list now shows when the quote was issued, without opening the record.
- Green Issued Line -- A small green 'Issued MMM d' line sits under the Status chip on the All Quotes / Issues tabs and under Request Date on the filtered status tabs.
- Full Timestamp On Hover -- Hovering the date reveals the exact issue time down to the minute.

Sales Leads & Pipeline
Now Database-Backed
Shipped last week as clickable staging previews, the Leads inbox and Pipeline board are now wired to a real database - leads, cards, tasks, notes, and attachments persist across sessions, and each pipeline card's checklist syncs itself to the linked Quote Request. Still on the staging app for the final polish rounds.

Sales Leads Now Persist
- Was A Staging Preview -- The Leads page shipped July 8-14 as a UI-only preview - it is now backed by a real database, so nothing resets between sessions.
- Inline Changes Stick -- Status, Priority, and Owner dropdowns edited right on the row now save and persist.
- Separate Sidenav Counters -- The sidenav split into Leads (not yet in a pipeline) and Pipelines (already in one) so Sales sees the volume of each at a glance.

Lead Detail Drawer & Move to Pipeline
- Persistent Edits -- Edits made inside the Lead Detail drawer - contact, company, product, and desired services - now save across sessions.
- One-Click To Pipeline -- A single 'Move to Pipeline' action on both the row and the drawer drops the lead onto the pipeline board.
- Companion Polish -- The Compose Quote Email dialog gained a 'Mark as Sent' button for quotes delivered outside the system, and the SALES 'Dashboard' link was renamed 'Sales Quote Requests'.

Pipeline Board Now Persists
- Everything Saves -- Cards, columns, tasks, notes, and attachments on the Pipelines board now persist across sessions instead of resetting.
- Stage Task Checklists -- Each card opens a detail drawer with a stage task checklist, add-note and attach-file actions per task, and a mark-as-lost control.
- Sales Rep Filter -- The header gained a Sales Rep filter dropdown that replaces the earlier placeholder team tabs.
Feature Update
Move to Quoting Creates the Quote in One Step
- Side-By-Side Modal -- Moving a card into Quoting Process opens the New Quote Request modal beside the card instead of navigating away.
- Contact + Quote Together -- Submitting creates the linked Contact and Quote Request in a single step; cancelling cleanly reverts the card.
- Straight To R&D -- Once the quote exists, the card's Sales Request Information panel offers a 'Submit to R&D Team' button to advance it.
Feature Update
Card Checklists Mirror the Quote Request
- No Double-Entry -- As the linked Quote Request advances through R&D, Sourcing, Pricing, Issued, Sent, and Client Accepted, the matching checkbox on the card ticks itself.
- Auto-Advance -- When the quote is marked Client Accepted, the card auto-moves from Quoting Process into Quote Approved.
- Stepper, Attachments & Move Pill -- Each drawer adds a full stage-history stepper, per-task file attachments, and a green 'Move to {Next Stage}' pill for quick manual advances.
- Move Guardrails -- Quoting Process can't be entered without a linked quote or left before its checklist is done, and Quote Approved can't be dragged back to earlier stages.

UI / UX
Improvements
The Acctivate sync gets a live progress panel, and 'Daily Value' becomes the clearer 'Label Claim' from Sales all the way through to R&D.
UI Update
Live Progress Panel for Acctivate Sync
- No More Static Button -- Running an Acctivate sync on the Ingredient Request page now shows a live progress panel in place of a plain button.
- Five-Step Checklist -- A checklist of Contacts, Products, Vendors, Product Vendors, and Purchase Orders fills in as each step finishes.
- Clear Progress -- A progress bar and a 'Syncing X...' label show exactly where the sync is, and it keeps running even if the user leaves the page.
UI Update
Daily Value Renamed to Label Claim
- Clearer Wording -- 'Daily Value' was renamed to 'Label Claim' in the Basic Requested Ingredients table, shown in mg.
- Flows To R&D -- The Label Claim value now carries through to R&D when the quote is sent, so the lab sees exactly what Sales captured.
