Quotation Tool CRM
Development Updates
The Pipeline board turns into a real forecasting and workload tool this week - every stage rolls up a total and a weighted amount, cards group into sales teams, rush quotes float to the top, and age chips show how long each deal has been sitting. Alongside: one lead can now carry a card per product, legacy Quote Requests can be re-linked to their cards, plus two bug fixes covering lead activity notes and sub-milligram label claims.

New Features &
Enhancements
Weighted stage forecasting, sales teams with a board filter, rush-quote surfacing, multi-card leads, retroactive quote linking, and per-stage age tracking - all on the Sales Lead and Pipeline staging app.
Major Enhancement
Weighted Amounts Per Pipeline Stage
- Two Rollups -- Every stage column now shows a Total amount (sum of all deals in that stage) and a Weighted amount underneath it.
- Likelihood Scaling -- Weighted takes the total and scales it by the stage's close likelihood - a card in Lead Intake isn't worth the same as one in Sample Approved.
- Admin Tunable -- Each stage carries its own percentage and admins can edit it directly, so forecasts stay accurate as the sales process changes.
- No Spreadsheet -- Sales can glance at the board and see both what's on the table and what's realistically expected to close.
Feature Update
Sales Teams & Team Filter on the Board
- Team Tabs -- The Pipeline header gained a team filter - All Teams, Team Zach, Team Danny, Team Sheldon - that hides everything else on the board in one click.
- Manage Teams Dialog -- A Manage Teams dialog handles creating teams, editing the roster, and setting sort order per team.
- Team Initials On Cards -- Each card's owner avatar shows the owner's team initials (TZ, TD, TS) when they belong to one, otherwise their own initials.
- Scan Any Column -- Scanning a column now tells you whose queue is loaded up without opening a single card.
Feature Update
Rush Quotes Float to the Top
- Always First -- Every rush card floats to the top of its column regardless of the sort order applied to the board.
- Lightning Pill -- A light-amber pill with a lightning mark sits right in the card body, so rush status is visible without opening the card.
- Everywhere It Matters -- The same rush chip appears in the card meta row on the Leads list and in the Cards List modal.
New Feature
One Lead, Multiple Pipeline Cards
- One Card Per Product -- A single lead can now hold multiple pipeline deals - one card per product - and each card links to its own Quote Request.
- Add Up Front Or Later -- Use + Add Another Product in the New Lead dialog, or spawn one later with + Add Another Card in the Lead drawer or + Add Card in the Cards List modal.
- Cards Badge -- Leads with multiple cards get a green 'N cards' badge on the row that opens a modal listing every one of them.
- Numbered On The Board -- Cards from the same lead show a muted '#N of M' label under the title so it's obvious which deal is which.
New Feature
Re-link Legacy Quote Requests to Cards
- Fixes An Orphan Gap -- Quote Requests created before the pipeline existed were orphaned from their cards forever - they can now be linked retroactively.
- Live Picker -- The Quote Number row in the card drawer is a searchable picker - type to find an existing QR by name or company and hit Link.
- Status Mirroring Kicks In -- Once linked, the card starts mirroring that quote's status automatically through R&D, Sourcing, Pricing, Issued, and Client Accepted.
- Reversible -- Unlinking works the same way, and only QRs not already tied to a card appear in the list.
New Feature
Days in Column & Days per Stage
- Age Chip On Every Card -- The board's card preview carries a compact age chip in the top-right corner, showing days since creation or 'Today'.
- Two Chips In The Drawer -- The drawer header pairs a live-ticking 'Created N days ago' chip with an 'N days in {Current Stage}' chip that resets when the card actually moves.
- Shared Color Tiers -- All three chips use the same palette as the Quote Requests list: green up to 3 days, yellow 4-7, orange 8-14, red past 14.
- Spot Stalled Deals -- A red chip in a column means a deal has been sitting there too long - no report needed to find it.

UI / UX
Improvements
Reverted quotes now paint their pipeline card orange so Sales spots re-work instantly, and the card drawer's read-only block is restructured to mirror the edit form.
UI Update
Reverted-Quote Cards Paint Orange
- Warm-Orange Skin -- When a Quote Request is reverted upstream, the linked pipeline card switches to a light orange background, orange border, and subtle orange shadow.
- Tooltip Explains Why -- Hovering the card shows who reverted it and from which stage, for example 'Reverted from R&D by Darin McOwen'.
- No Drawer Needed -- Sales sees at a glance that a card needs re-work without opening the drawer or the Quote Request page.
UI Update
Requested Product Details Panel
- Renamed -- The card drawer's read-only info block was renamed from Project Details to Requested Product Details.
- Four Sub-Sections -- It was restructured into Card Details, Lead Information, Product Information, and Additional Information.
- Mirrors The Edit Form -- The read view now matches the edit form field-for-field, so nothing shifts around when switching between them.

Bug Fixes
Lead activity notes were silently failing to save, and ingredient label claims were clipping tiny doses to zero. Both fixed.
Bug Fix
Lead Activity Notes Now Save
- Silent Failure -- Notes logged from the Leads page Activity panel were failing to save on submit without any error shown.
- All Types Persist -- Notes, calls, emails, meetings, tasks, and system entries all write to the timeline reliably now.
- No Refresh Needed -- The drawer feed reflects new entries immediately instead of requiring a page reload.
Bug Fix - Production Site
Sub-Milligram Label Claim Precision
- Was Clipping To Zero -- Ingredient inputs and displays only accepted down to 0.001 mg, so tiny-dose actives rounded away to zero.
- Now Four Decimals -- Label claims are accepted and displayed down to 0.0001 mg across the ingredient row details.
- Micro-Dose Actives -- Ingredients like B12 and vitamin K now carry their real claim through the formula instead of clipping.

Total Updates
The Pipeline board became a forecasting tool this week - weighted amounts per stage with admin-tunable likelihoods, sales teams with a one-click board filter, rush quotes pinned to the top of their column, and age chips tracking days in stage. Leads can now carry one card per product, legacy Quote Requests can be re-linked to their cards, reverted quotes paint orange, and two bugs were closed out - lead activity notes silently failing to save, and label claims clipping below 0.001 mg on the production site.
