New Features &
Enhancements

Sales Leads and Pipelines go live in production, and Sales, Sourcing and Pricing each gain a piece they had been working around.

Production Release

Sales Leads & Pipelines Are Live

  • Out Of Staging -- The Sales Lead and Sales Pipeline pages are now live in production for the Sales Department.
  • Shared Country Picker -- A searchable country-prefix picker covering 32 countries is used in the New Lead dialog, the New Quote Request dialog, and the pipeline card drawer.
  • Two-Way Sync -- Picking a country sets the dialling prefix and picking a prefix sets the country, with the prefix pre-filled inside the phone field.
  • Validation That Names The Field -- New Quote Request now says exactly which field is missing instead of failing quietly, offers Unassigned as a Sales Rep, and clears itself between openings.
The New Lead dialog on the Leads page, subtitled 'Log a WeCare or website inquiry'. Lead Details shows Source WeCare, Priority Warm and Assign To Unassigned. Under Company Information the phone row is open on the new country-prefix picker, underlined in red: a '+1' dropdown button sits beside a phone field pre-filled with '+1', and the open panel has a 'Search country or code' box above a scrollable list - United States +1, Canada +1, Mexico +52, United Kingdom +44, Australia +61, Germany +49, France +33, Netherlands +31, Spain +34. The country select to the right reads United States. Additional Information below carries a Desired Product Completion Date field and Desired Services checkboxes (Formulation, White Label, Private Label, Tolling/Semi-finish Products, Turnkey, Partial Turnkey, Bulk Products, Supplement Facts, Stability Testing, Label Design), with Cancel and Submit in the footer.
Feature Update

Five More Certifications & Claims

  • Three Certifications -- The Sales Input Wizard adds Non-GMO Project Certified, Clean Label Project Certified, and BeVeg Certified to Certification Services.
  • Two Ingredient Claims -- Prop 65 Compliant and Alcohol Free join the Ingredient Claims list.
  • Carries To The Quote -- Selections show as chips on the quote's Formula & Product Identity panel alongside the existing certifications.
The 'Sales Quoting: Initial Data Intake' wizard dialog showing Product Name, Dosage Format, Product Categories, Acctivate Quote Reference # and Product Type (Supplement) fields with a Child Supplement checkbox. The Certification Services grid lists GMP Certified, Vegan, Kosher, Halal, Organic and Gluten Free alongside three new options underlined in red - Non-GMO Project Certified, BeVeg Certified and Clean Label Project Certified - plus Other. The Ingredient Claims grid below lists non-GMO, Sugar Free, Gluten Free, Allergen Free, Vegan, No Preservatives, No Artificial Colors and No Artificial Flavors, with two new options underlined in red - Prop 65 Compliant and Alcohol Free - and Other. Cancel and Next sit in the footer.
The 'Formula & Product Identity' panel on a quote, subtitled 'Ingredients, claims, and certifications.' PRODUCT INFORMATION shows Product Name 'Organic Sea Moss Drops, Unflavored, 1oz', Dosage Format Liquid and Product Categories as a dash. Underneath, CERTIFICATION SERVICES renders three green chips underlined in red - Non-GMO Project Certified, Clean Label Project Certified and BeVeg Certified - while INGREDIENT CLAIMS on the right renders two pink chips also underlined in red - Prop 65 Compliant and Alcohol Free.
Feature Update

Filters Survive Page Changes

  • No More Resets -- Filters on the Quote Requests list no longer reset every time the page is left.
  • Four Filters Held -- Sales Rep, R&D Formulator, Dosage Format, and the keyword search all hold their selection while moving through the side navigation.
  • Across The Views -- Switching between All Quote Requests, Issued, the Pricing Dashboard, and back no longer wipes the filters and forces them to be set again.
The All Quote Requests page with summary tiles reading 47 Total requests, 21 Quotes issued, 0 Accepted by clients and 3 Requires attention, above status tabs (All Quotes 47, Issues 3, Sales Quotes 13, R&D Quotes 2, Sourcing Quotes 0, Pricing Quotes 11, Issued Quotes 21, Client Accepted 0). The filter row shows a retained 'Sheldon Greener' selection with a clear X, underlined in red, beside All formulators and All dosage formats dropdowns and a keyword search. The table below lists QR-260728-003 NG - ORGANIC Vitamin D3 + K2 (v1) - 60ct caps (Issued, Jul 30), QR-260728-002 NG - ORGANIC L-Theanine - 60ct caps (Issued, Aug 4), QR-260727-001 JS - Vitamin C - 2oz (Issued, Jul 30), QR-260720-005 Mammoth Fiber - 30srv Powder in Tub (Issued, Aug 4), QR-260720-004 TSF - All in One - 30ct Sticks (Sales, 1 Issue, Reverted) and QR-260720-003 JS - D3K2 - 2oz (Issued, Jul 30), all showing Sheldon Greener as Sales Rep.
Feature Update

Oz per Container for Liquids

  • Captured At Request -- Liquid products can now record ounces per container at the point of request rather than being chased down later.
  • Conditional Field -- An oz/container column appears in the Sales Input Wizard's Quantity Tiers grid whenever a liquid dosage format is selected.
  • Four Decimal Places -- The field accepts values down to four decimal places for precise fill volumes.
  • Shown With Its Unit -- The figure displays in the Quantity Tiers table on the quote view and in the product detail dialog, labelled with its unit.
The Edit Product wizard on a Liquid quote, on step 2 Composition Intent of three (Formula & Product Identity, Composition Intent, Choose Components & Service Type). Requested Ingredients is tagged Customer Input and lists row 1 Vitamin C with a Label Claim of 0.0001 mg. Below, 'Quantity Tiers & Completion Date' shows a tier row with CONTAINERS PER WO 1000, SERVINGS PER CONTAINER 1, a new OZ/CONTAINER column underlined in red holding the value 3, and NOTES 'test', with an + Add Tier link and a Completion Date of 07/24/2026 on the right. Previous and Next buttons close the dialog.
The read-only QUANTITY TIERS panel on a quote view, with an Edit button in the top right. The table has CONTAINERS PER WO, SERVINGS PER CONTAINER, OZ/CONTAINER and NOTES columns, and a single row reading 1,000 containers, 1 serving per container, '3 oz' in the new oz/container column labelled with its unit, and the note 'test'.
Feature Update

Component Pricing Moves to Sourcing

  • Same Tab As Ingredients -- Component Pricing - the packaging and materials priced for a product - now sits on the Sourcing tab.
  • Full Width, Right Below -- It renders full width directly beneath the Ingredient Pricing table rather than living on a separate screen.
  • One Place To Source -- Packaging can now be sourced and priced in the same place as the ingredients, without switching context mid-quote.
  • Per-Component Dialogs -- Each component row opens its own pricing dialog with Select Product, Manual Pricing, and Customer Supplied options.
The Sales Quote Request - Sourcing page for QR-260707-001 Version 1, status SOURCING, Sales Rep Darin McOwen, contact Arlandon Regero, with the six-step stepper on Sourcing and Send Back / Send To Pricing buttons. A Capsules Formulation summary sits above INGREDIENT PRICING, which lists item 1 R11923 Black Ginger Extract 5% polymethoxyflavones from Trafa Pharmaceutical Inc. at 100.000%, 0.0000 kg, $159.99, $159.99 per kg, $0.001 cost/bottle. Beneath it the new full-width Component Pricing panel is captioned 'Packaging and materials sourced for this product.' with Component, Component ID, Per Bottle and Total / Item columns and rows for Ingredients ($0.0010 per bottle, $0.00 total), Capsule, Bottle, Lid, Neckband, Body Sleeve, Retail Package, Label, Case Box and Outer Case Box.
The same Sourcing page with a 'Product Component - Capsule' dialog open over it. The dialog offers three tabs - Select Product (active), Manual Pricing and Customer Supplied - and reads 'No Product Selected . Click here to Search Product' with a red Remove Link button on the left and Cancel / Save on the right. The Component Pricing table with Capsule, Bottle, Lid, Neckband, Body Sleeve, Retail Package, Label, Case Box and Outer Case Box rows is visible behind it.
Feature Update

Customer Supplied Indicator

  • Declared, Not Priced -- Ingredients and packaging components provided by the customer can be marked Customer Supplied instead of being priced.
  • Held At $0.00 -- The line is held at $0.00 and excluded from the subtotal, but still listed on the quote so the full formula stays visible to the customer.
  • Sales Through Pricing -- Set it as a toggle in the Sales Input Wizard, or as a Pricing Type option in the ingredient's Row Details and the Select Source & Pricing dialog.
  • No Silent Overwrites -- Sales sets the initial state when the ingredient is created; from there Sales and Pricing manage the flag independently, so a later Sales edit does not overwrite a pricing decision.
The 'Select Source & Pricing' dialog over the Sales Quote Request - Sourcing page for QR-260707-001. It shows Product Name (Acctivate) 'Black Ginger Extract 5% polymethoxyflavones', R# R11923, Ingredient Name, Current Source Trafa Pharmaceutical Inc., Current Price $159.99, Price Type System Price, and a Lock Selection button. The Pricing Type radio row offers System Price, Custom and Customer Supplied, with Customer Supplied selected. Underneath, a blue info banner underlined in red reads 'This ingredient is supplied by the customer. It stays listed on the quote at $0.00 and is not added to the subtotal.' Cancel and Save sit in the footer, with the Component Pricing table visible behind.
The 'Edit Ingredients' dialog inside step 2 Composition Intent of the Edit Product wizard on a Liquid quote. It shows a Search Ingredients box, Ingredient Name 'Vitamin C', Label Claim (mg) 0.0001, a Notes field, and a new 'Customer Supplied' checkbox with a help icon, underlined in red. A dark tooltip over the Notes field explains 'Provided by the customer - this ingredient's cost is $0 and excluded from the subtotal.' Cancel and Update buttons close the dialog, with the Requested Ingredients table and the Quantity Tiers row (1000 containers per WO, 1 serving per container, 3 oz/container) visible behind.

UI / UX
Improvements

Release polish on the new Sales pages - rush cards hold their position through a drag, columns scroll instead of stretching, and drawers finally close with Escape.

UI Update

Board & Drawer Polish

  • Rush Stays Pinned -- Rush cards hold their position at the top of the column through drag and drop, including when a card is dropped into empty space below the last card.
  • Columns Scroll -- Each column scrolls after roughly five cards so the board stays within one screen.
  • Won Chip Freezes -- The Won-in-N-days chip freezes at the outcome rather than continuing to count.
  • Escape, Colour, Toasts -- Both drawers close with Escape, the lead activity timeline is colour-coded by entry type, and toasts sit above the drawers instead of behind them.
The Pipeline Board reading '2 projects - All Teams - drag cards between stages' with team filter pills (All Teams active, Team Zach, Team Danny, Team Sheldon) and Manage Teams in the header. The Lead Intake column (count 2) holds a rush card at the top - 'Test Product Description' for Company, marked '#1 of 2', a green Today chip, a DM owner avatar, a Capsules tag, 0/6 tasks at 0% and an amber Rush pill - with a card being dragged below it showing a blue drop placeholder, and 'Test Product 2' (#2 of 2, Tablets, 0/6 tasks) settling underneath, the drop position underlined in red. The Quoting Process, Quote Approved - R&D Stage, Sample Approved, PO Received and Production columns are empty, and every column carries its rollup footer with $0 Total amount and a weighted percentage - 30%, 45%, 60%, 75%, 90% and 95%.

Bug Fixes

Manual pricing rejected values typed the way people actually type them - starting with the decimal point.

Bug Fix

Decimal-First Typing in Manual Pricing

  • Rejected The Entry -- The Price per Bottle field under Manual Pricing rejected any value that started with a decimal point instead of a leading zero.
  • Accepts As Typed -- The field now accepts the value exactly as typed and rounds it out on submit.
  • Four Decimal Places -- Manual component prices are supported down to four decimal places, which matters on per-bottle packaging costs.
The 'Product Component - Capsule' dialog on its Manual Pricing tab, between the Select Product and Customer Supplied tabs. The Price per Bottle field holds the value '.0023' typed with a leading decimal point and no zero, with the cursor still in the field and stepper arrows on the right. A red 'Delete Manual Price' button sits below, with the Component Pricing rows for Ingredients, Capsule, Bottle and Lid visible behind the dialog.
