New Features &
Enhancements
Sales Leads and Pipelines go live in production, and Sales, Sourcing and Pricing each gain a piece they had been working around.
Production Release
Sales Leads & Pipelines Are Live
- Out Of Staging -- The Sales Lead and Sales Pipeline pages are now live in production for the Sales Department.
- Shared Country Picker -- A searchable country-prefix picker covering 32 countries is used in the New Lead dialog, the New Quote Request dialog, and the pipeline card drawer.
- Two-Way Sync -- Picking a country sets the dialling prefix and picking a prefix sets the country, with the prefix pre-filled inside the phone field.
- Validation That Names The Field -- New Quote Request now says exactly which field is missing instead of failing quietly, offers Unassigned as a Sales Rep, and clears itself between openings.
Feature Update
Five More Certifications & Claims
- Three Certifications -- The Sales Input Wizard adds Non-GMO Project Certified, Clean Label Project Certified, and BeVeg Certified to Certification Services.
- Two Ingredient Claims -- Prop 65 Compliant and Alcohol Free join the Ingredient Claims list.
- Carries To The Quote -- Selections show as chips on the quote's Formula & Product Identity panel alongside the existing certifications.
Feature Update
Filters Survive Page Changes
- No More Resets -- Filters on the Quote Requests list no longer reset every time the page is left.
- Four Filters Held -- Sales Rep, R&D Formulator, Dosage Format, and the keyword search all hold their selection while moving through the side navigation.
- Across The Views -- Switching between All Quote Requests, Issued, the Pricing Dashboard, and back no longer wipes the filters and forces them to be set again.
Feature Update
Oz per Container for Liquids
- Captured At Request -- Liquid products can now record ounces per container at the point of request rather than being chased down later.
- Conditional Field -- An oz/container column appears in the Sales Input Wizard's Quantity Tiers grid whenever a liquid dosage format is selected.
- Four Decimal Places -- The field accepts values down to four decimal places for precise fill volumes.
- Shown With Its Unit -- The figure displays in the Quantity Tiers table on the quote view and in the product detail dialog, labelled with its unit.
Feature Update
Component Pricing Moves to Sourcing
- Same Tab As Ingredients -- Component Pricing - the packaging and materials priced for a product - now sits on the Sourcing tab.
- Full Width, Right Below -- It renders full width directly beneath the Ingredient Pricing table rather than living on a separate screen.
- One Place To Source -- Packaging can now be sourced and priced in the same place as the ingredients, without switching context mid-quote.
- Per-Component Dialogs -- Each component row opens its own pricing dialog with Select Product, Manual Pricing, and Customer Supplied options.
Feature Update
Customer Supplied Indicator
- Declared, Not Priced -- Ingredients and packaging components provided by the customer can be marked Customer Supplied instead of being priced.
- Held At $0.00 -- The line is held at $0.00 and excluded from the subtotal, but still listed on the quote so the full formula stays visible to the customer.
- Sales Through Pricing -- Set it as a toggle in the Sales Input Wizard, or as a Pricing Type option in the ingredient's Row Details and the Select Source & Pricing dialog.
- No Silent Overwrites -- Sales sets the initial state when the ingredient is created; from there Sales and Pricing manage the flag independently, so a later Sales edit does not overwrite a pricing decision.

UI / UX
Improvements
Release polish on the new Sales pages - rush cards hold their position through a drag, columns scroll instead of stretching, and drawers finally close with Escape.
UI Update
Board & Drawer Polish
- Rush Stays Pinned -- Rush cards hold their position at the top of the column through drag and drop, including when a card is dropped into empty space below the last card.
- Columns Scroll -- Each column scrolls after roughly five cards so the board stays within one screen.
- Won Chip Freezes -- The Won-in-N-days chip freezes at the outcome rather than continuing to count.
- Escape, Colour, Toasts -- Both drawers close with Escape, the lead activity timeline is colour-coded by entry type, and toasts sit above the drawers instead of behind them.

Bug Fixes
Manual pricing rejected values typed the way people actually type them - starting with the decimal point.
Bug Fix
Decimal-First Typing in Manual Pricing
- Rejected The Entry -- The Price per Bottle field under Manual Pricing rejected any value that started with a decimal point instead of a leading zero.
- Accepts As Typed -- The field now accepts the value exactly as typed and rounds it out on submit.
- Four Decimal Places -- Manual component prices are supported down to four decimal places, which matters on per-bottle packaging costs.
