New Features &
Enhancements

Row-level visibility controls on the Master Product Specification, a Customer field plus per-row hide/show on the Sample Product Specification, customer details on the Certificate of Composition, and packaging component icons across R&D and Pricing.

Major Enhancement

Master Product Specification Visibility

  • Hide, Restore, Add Rows -- Identification rows on the Master Product Specification can now be hidden, restored, and added dynamically right in the MPS editor.
  • Settings Persist -- Row visibility choices are preserved across reloads, so a tailored spec layout stays intact between sessions.
  • Editor-Only Controls -- The hide/show controls live only inside the MPS editor and never appear in the generated PDF.
  • Cleaner Output -- PDF documents render the curated set of rows, keeping customer-facing specs focused and uncluttered.

Aureus, Other) circled in red, with Download PDF / Close / Save buttons
Same Master Product Specification editor after adding a Color identification row (value 'white', method Organoleptic, both underlined red) complete with an inline remove (X) control, sitting beneath Avg Weight/Fill, Weight/Fill Variation, Powder Color, Capsule Size, and Disintegration Time rows in the Identification & Product Quality table
Feature Update

Sample Spec: Customer & Row Visibility

  • Customer On Document -- The Sample Product Specifications sheet now shows the Customer field in both the preview and the generated PDF.
  • Auto-Populated -- Customer is pulled from the linked company, falling back to the contact's name when no company is available.
  • Per-Row Hide/Show -- Product Identification and Product Properties rows can be individually hidden or shown in the preview using visibility controls.
  • Omitted From PDF -- Rows hidden in the editor are also left out of the generated PDF, so the final document can be customized.
Sample Product Specifications editor for 'Electrolyte Capsule 60 Count 1 Cap' (Customer: test, Sample ID 26061101), with a Product Identification table where each row carries an eye visibility toggle - Powder Color and Flavor active, Capsule Color greyed out and hidden - and a Product Properties table (Capsule Size, Disintegration) with the same per-row eye controls, several underlined in red
Generated Sample Product Specifications PDF for the same Electrolyte Capsule sample showing the Customer field populated as 'test', a Product Identification table now listing only the visible Powder Color and Flavor rows (the hidden Capsule Color row omitted), the Product Properties table (Capsule Size, Disintegration), and the Ingredients nutrient panel
Feature Update

Customer Info on Certificate of Composition

  • Customer Added -- The Certificate of Composition now includes customer information in both the preview and the generated PDF.
  • Auto-Populated -- Customer is pulled from the linked company, falling back to the contact's name when no company is set.
  • Consistent Across Docs -- Customer details now read the same way across the Sample Spec and Certificate of Composition for a uniform, client-ready presentation.
Certificate of Composition for 'Royal Jelly - 60ct Caps' (Product ID 26061608) from Vitalpax Inc, La Verkin UT, with the new Customer field populated as 'Teslawave' (underlined red) in the header block, above a raw-material composition table (Royal Jelly 94.34%, Magnesium Stearate 3.77%, Silica Dioxide 1.89%) and R&D / QA director approval signature lines
Feature Update

Packaging Component Icons

  • Visual Icons Added -- Packaging components now display visual icons throughout the R&D and Pricing modules.
  • Across Key Views -- Icons appear in production cards, pricing tables, and product selection dialogs for quicker identification.
  • Faster Recognition -- Staff can scan component types - Capsule, Bottle, Lid, Case Box, Dessicant, and more - at a glance instead of reading every label.
Component Pricing table in the Pricing module with a small icon beside every component name - Ingredients, Capsule (R9004), Bottle (N1056), Lid (L1016), Neckband (N005), Body Sleeve, Retail Package, Label, Case Box (C005), Dessicant (D001), Scoop, Cotton, Dosing Cap, Insert, Tamper Seal, Divider, Packing Material - plus Per Bottle and Total/Item columns and Freight In, Labor, and Normal Loss cost rows
Product Component - Capsule selection dialog with a capsule icon by the title and a capsule illustration on the right, showing '(HPMC) Empty Hard 0 Vegetable Capsule' (R9004), System Price selected, and a vendor table (Lonza, Bright Pharma Caps, SD Head USA flagged Best price and Selected, ACG, Vivion) listing MOQ, Unit, Price/Unit, PO Status, and Date, with a Remove Link button circled in red

Bug Fixes

Normal Loss badge alignment, stickpack-only Film and Kitting components, the issued-quote serving-size unit, and the issued-quote number fallback.

Bug Fix

Normal Loss Badge Alignment

  • Aligned Everywhere -- The Normal Loss badge layout was fixed so it stays properly aligned across different screen sizes.
  • No More Drift -- The percentage badge no longer shifts out of place beside its cost value on narrower viewports.
Component Pricing cost rows (Freight In, Labor, Normal Loss, Machine Use, 3rd Party Test, Certification) with the Normal Loss row showing a per-unit value of $0.1777 and a blue '5%' badge directly beneath it (circled in red), now properly aligned, alongside the $888.39 total and the packaging component rows (Bottle, Lid, Neckband, Case Box, Dessicant) above
Bug Fix

Stickpack-Only Film & Kitting Components

  • Scoped To Stickpacks -- Film and Kitting components used to appear for non-stickpack products where they didn't apply.
  • Correct Format Only -- These components now show only for Stickpack dosage formats within the R&D Production Components view.
  • Cleaner Component List -- Non-stickpack products present only the relevant packaging components, removing confusing options.
R&D Lab Production Components view for a non-stickpack product, with a 'No packaging components' notice up top and a grid of component cards (Capsule, Bottle, Lid, Neckband, Body Sleeve, Retail Package, Label, Case Box, Outer Case Box, Dessicant, Scoop, Cotton, Dosing Cap, Insert, Tamper Seal, Divider, Packing Material, Other Primary/Secondary/Tertiary), each with an Add component button and faint type icon - and no Film or Kitting cards present since they apply only to stickpacks
Bug Fix

Issued Quote Serving Size Unit

  • Correct Unit Shown -- Issued quotes used to display the wrong serving size unit on the document.
  • g or mL by Type -- Quote documents now correctly show g or mL based on the product type.
  • Accurate On Issue -- The right unit carries through to the customer-facing Quotation PDF at issue time.
Quotation PDF from Vitalpax Inc dated June 17 2026 (Quote # QR-260616-006) for 'Royal Jelly - 60ct Caps', with Customer Information (Company test, Contact test test), Payment and Shipping (14-16 weeks, EXW La Verkin UT, 50% Down / 50% to Release), a Quote Information row (5,000 units, $5.68/unit, $28,417.86), and a Product Information table whose Serving Size reads '0.53 g' (underlined red) for the Capsules Formula
Bug Fix

Issued Quote Number Fallback

  • No Timestamp Numbers -- Generated quotes previously fell back to a timestamp-based number instead of the real quote number.
  • Official Number Used -- Issued and regenerated quotes now consistently use the official quote number.
  • Consistent References -- The same quote number appears across the document every time, keeping references reliable.
Quotation PDF for 'Royal Jelly - 60ct Caps' from Vitalpax Inc dated June 17 2026, with the Quote # field reading the official 'QR-260616-006' (underlined red) rather than a timestamp fallback, alongside Customer Information, Payment and Shipping, and a Quote Information row (5,000 units at $5.68 = $28,417.86)
