New Features &
Enhancements

Full stickpack R&D support, dynamic pricing tiers, a guided Acctivate ingredient sync, inline container and serving edits, a bulk-quote MOQ fee guard, default cost rates, an aging-quote indicator, editable product fields, and a vendor MOQ column.

Major Enhancement

Stickpack R&D Formulation

  • New Dosage Format -- Stickpacks is now selectable as a dosage format right from the Sales Quoting intake, alongside Capsules, Tablets, Liquid, and Powder.
  • Full Formula Builder -- Formulators can build and manage stickpack-specific formulas in the R&D tab with ingredient breakdown, serving size, and fill-weight configuration.
  • Stickpack-Specific Specs -- The formula accounts for stickpack packaging parameters such as sticks per container and weight per stick, with +/-5% and +/-10% spec ranges.
  • Same Familiar Structure -- It mirrors the structure of every other dosage format, so the R&D workflow stays consistent across formats.

Major Enhancement

Stickpack Pricing & Final Quote

  • Stickpack Pricing Row -- The Pricing tab renders a stickpack-aware config row with Powder Weight, Weight per Container, Sticks per Container, Sticks per Order, and Containers.
  • End-to-End Coverage -- Stickpack quotes flow through ingredient pricing, component pricing, and the pricing summary just like every other format.
  • Customer-Ready Quotation -- The final Quotation PDF renders cleanly for stickpacks, with quantity tiers, per-unit pricing, and the full product and ingredient breakdown.
  • Production Parameters Carried -- Serving per container, serving size, product form, and bulk flag all carry through to the issued document.

Feature Update

Dynamic Pricing Tiers A-D

  • Pulled From Sales Tiers -- Pricing Variation now fills Tiers A-D dynamically from the sales quantity tier assigned to the quote, instead of a static setup.
  • Aligned to Volume -- Formulation costs stay matched to the correct volume bracket as the selected quantity tier changes.
  • No Blank Servings -- A placeholder Servings Per Container value is now added on Vitalpax test quotes so the field is never left blank during early-stage quote creation.

Feature Update

Guided Acctivate Ingredient Sync

  • Sync Flow, Not a Form -- The manual Create Ingredient form in Ingredient Request Step 2 is replaced with a guided Acctivate sync flow.
  • No Routes to Acctivate -- Choosing No now directs purchasing to create the ingredient directly in Acctivate, with step-by-step guidance, instead of an internal form.
  • Link After Sync -- After confirming, a Search Product to Link field links the new ingredient to the request using the same logic as the existing Yes / link flow.

Same Ingredient Request Step 2 after confirming, showing a green 'I already added the ingredient in Acctivate - Confirmed, ready to sync' banner, a 'Product Sync' button that runs a full Acctivate sync, and a 'Search Product to Link' field to find the newly created ingredient and pull in its R Number, unit, and vendor automatically
Feature Update

Editable Containers & Servings on Pricing

  • Inline Editing -- Containers and Servings Per Bottle are now directly editable in the formulation table on the Pricing tab.
  • Every Dosage Format -- Works across capsule, tablet, liquid, powder, and stickpack formulas, with a pencil affordance on each editable cell.
  • No Round Trip to R&D -- The pricing team previously had to send a quote back to R&D status just to adjust these values - now they edit inline.
  • Save in Place -- An inline Save button commits the change without ever leaving the Pricing tab.

Same Liquid Formulation row with the Servings per Bottle field switched into an active edit state - a value input of 30 with up/down steppers - next to a green Save button, while the Containers 1000 field remains editable, demonstrating inline editing without leaving the Pricing tab
Feature Update

Below MOQ Fee Locked on Bulk Quotes

  • Auto-Disabled on Bulk -- The Below MOQ Fee input is now visually disabled on any quote flagged as a bulk order.
  • Excluded From Costing -- When the bulk flag is active, the fee is removed from cost calculations so it can't skew final pricing.
  • Prevents Accidental Entry -- Stops a stray Below MOQ fee from being typed in where it doesn't apply to a bulk run.
  • Flag Drives Behavior -- The Bulk Products service type on the quote is what triggers the locked, excluded state.

Feature Update

Default Cost Rates for Service Fields

  • 0.07 Default -- Machine Use, 3rd Party Test, and Certification now pre-fill with a default rate of 0.07 on new pricing entries.
  • Less Manual Input -- Standard quotes no longer need these three fields typed in by hand every time.
  • Fully Overridable -- All three remain editable, so the pricing team can replace the default with a custom value whenever a quote calls for it.
Component Pricing and Pricing Summary screen with the Machine Use, 3rd Party Test, and Certification cost rows circled in red, each pre-filled with the new default rate of 0.0700, alongside the component cost table on the left and the Gross Margin Options and Final Pricing panels on the right
Feature Update

Days Since Request Date Indicator

  • Aging at a Glance -- The All Quotes screen now shows how many days have passed since each quote's request date.
  • 3+ Days Highlighted -- Quotes pending three or more days are highlighted in yellow, drawing the eye straight to the requests that are aging.
  • Faster Follow-Up -- The team can prioritize stale requests and act before quotes are delayed further.

Feature Update

Editable Product, Dosage & Sales Type

  • R&D Edits Product Details -- Product Name and Dosage Format are now editable on the R&D tab, letting formulators correct product details directly within the quote.
  • Sales Edits Product Type -- The Sales Product Type field in Product Information is now editable by the sales team.
  • No Separate Flow -- Updating these values no longer requires a separate process after a quote has been initiated.

Feature Update

MOQ Column on Vendor Tables

  • New MOQ Column -- A Minimum Order Quantity column was added to every vendor table in the Vendor Details view.
  • Placed for Readability -- It sits to the left of the Unit column so MOQ / Unit Ordered reads naturally alongside pricing and unit data.
  • No Record Drill-Down -- MOQ is now immediately visible across vendor line items without opening individual vendor records.

UI / UX

Pending and Processing ingredient requests consolidated into a single tab.

UI Enhancement

Merged Pending & Processing Tabs

  • One Unified Tab -- The Pending and Processing tabs on the Ingredient Requests list are now a single combined tab.
  • Less Tab Switching -- Sourcing sees every in-progress request in one view instead of navigating between two statuses.
  • Unfragmented Workflow -- Staff managing multiple active requests at once no longer lose context jumping between separate lists.
Ingredient Requests page with the tab row now showing a single merged 'Pending / Processing' tab (underlined red, active) alongside All, Completed, Returned, Withdrawn, and Sourcing, above the navy-header table listing four requests - Natural Flavoring (Pending), Natural Cherry Flavor Powder (Processing), Heavy Magnesium Oxide (Processing), and Tremella Mushroom Extract 30% Polysaccharides (Processing) - with the STATUS column circled in red

Bug Fixes

Custom pricing on vendor-less ingredients, duplicate inactive rows on revert, blank info on issued quotes, and a missing formulator prompt.

Bug Fix

Custom Price on Vendor-less Ingredients

  • No Vendor, No Crash -- Setting a custom price for an ingredient with no vendor assigned - such as Water (Reverse Osmosis) Do Not Use - used to break the system.
  • Null Vendor Handled -- The Select Source & Pricing dialog now handles the null-vendor case gracefully.
  • Proceed or Cancel -- Users can enter a custom price and proceed, or cancel out, without errors.
Select Source & Pricing modal for Water (Reverse Osmosis) Do Not Use (R5084), a vendor-less ingredient, with Pricing Type set to Custom and a Custom Price field of 0.20, an empty vendor table (Vendor, MOQ, Unit, Price/Unit, PO Status, Date, Action), and Cancel / Save buttons - now handling the null-vendor case gracefully instead of breaking
Bug Fix

Duplicate Inactive Rows on Revert

  • No More Doubling -- Reverting a quote from R&D to Sales and resubmitting to R&D used to make inactive ingredient rows appear twice in the formulation table.
  • Stale Rows Cleared -- The revert logic now properly clears previously deactivated rows before re-initializing the ingredient list.
  • Clean Re-Entry -- No stale entries persist alongside the newly loaded ingredients on re-submission.
Capsules Formulation R&D Ingredients table after reverting a quote to Sales and resubmitting to R&D, showing a clean Active Ingredients section (Vitamin D3, Calcium, Magnesium Carbonate, Sodium Chloride, Potassium) and a single Inactive Ingredients (Excipients) section (Magnesium Stearate) - with the previously duplicated inactive rows no longer appearing, the section headers underlined in red
Bug Fix

Blank Info on Issued Quotes

  • Sections Were Empty -- Quote Information and Product Information appeared blank on some previously issued quotes despite the data being present in the system.
  • Regenerate Button -- A new Regenerate button on the issued quote view rebuilds the document on demand.
  • No Reissue Needed -- All sections repopulate correctly without having to reissue the quote.
Issued Stickpacks Formulation quote view with the Quotation PDF now fully populated - the Quote Information table circled in red (TEST Stickpacks: 5,000 units at $6.84 = $34,176.10 and 7,500 units at $6.79 = $50,925.00) - alongside Customer Information (Arlandon Regero) and Product Information sections, repopulated via the new Regenerate button without reissuing the quote
Bug Fix

Missing Assign Formulator Prompt

  • Prompt Now Fires -- New quotes sent to R&D without a formulator assigned failed to prompt the sales team to pick one - the dialog now appears correctly.
  • No Silent Limbo -- Prevents quotes from sitting in an unassigned state without anyone being notified to take action.
  • Self or Other -- The Assign Formulator dialog lets the user assign themselves or another R&D user before work proceeds.
Assign Formulator modal centered over a dimmed quote detail page, reading 'This quote currently has no formulator assigned. You can assign yourself or assign another R&D user.' with an 'Assign to' Select R&D formulator dropdown and Cancel / Assign buttons - the dialog now firing automatically when a new quote enters R&D without a formulator linked
